Rachel Appleman

Hello there my good people!  Here is where I tell you all about myself and what lead me to creating the page you happened to be browsing at the moment. Here I go...

I always considered myself to be a master crafter. Seriously, chances are any product I'm wearing or using was crafted up using my own hands. I make my own jewelry, hair bands, hair clips, belts, scarves, jewelry holders and boxes, and pretty much any other thing you could find a female has in her room.

I first became interested in the natural health industry when I was around 15 years old. After receiving my driver's license, I was able to bring myself to all the farmer's markets my town and surrounding towns offered. It was here that I learned about the world of crafting for my health.

I grew a vast interest in natural skin and body care, and with that came the development of my delicious smelling (and tasting!) scrub for your hands, feet, or any other area on the body that is rough, dry, or needs some particular moisturizing. Using only ingredients found in my kitchen, I came up with 2 delectable scrubs: apples & cinnamon, and coconut & ginger, to help bring skin back to its soft, glowing stage. My safe to use (and eat) recipe has allowed skin to feel baby smooth, and remain this way throughout the day.

Our Mission

My goal for you good people is to spread the importance of using our own resources to help better our health. Spread the good words about DIY health remedies, and potentially eliminate commercial products from our homes.
